haha, said i fancied a broken 360 - what happens today.... red lights, no reception on tv or monitor, no noise!!! - a dead expensive piece of plastic

anyway, still within its year with GAME so i can dump it back at them - the bloke said i get a pre-owned one in its place - hmm WTF

is that true? if so, what a con :mad:

should i get a brand new one to replace this duff one?

Yeah, I was gonna say. You want a new one, You paid for a new one, So youre well within your rights to leave with a new one still.

I mean, Last time i returned something, A Divx player, They no longer had it in stock, and i got a brand new Divx player worth the same as the one id bought, but obviously 6months down the line that new one id been given was better than the 1 I initially bought.

Anyways, Rambling. Just don't let them fob you off with a preowned.

sometimes the xbox dosent red light, but just dosent boot up into the 360 main screen - i.e its blank, even with a game in.

before it happened, when in a game, the screen went funny as if the colours were dying - but the TV and my monitor is fine with other apps.

Is it 3 red lighting? Have you checked the AV cable is plugged snugly into the back?

yeah its all plugged in as it should

plus i tried my vga cable and monitor, still nothing
