Jmicron Raid has encountered a problem :/

http://img180.imageshack.us/my.php?image=newbitmapimageqo7.png ,is that a Windows XP home Edition SP2 issue,or something wrong with my hardware,any ideas how to fix it ,it appears everytime on my screen after i restart or switch on PC ! i eaven reformated twice didn't help :/
any help would be appreaciated!!!

i did build this sistem i got atm myself,i have done it first time but it was like 2 months ago,i ignored it whole this time , i was just wondering what could be the reason of not responding RAID before i go for Vista! i will try to disable it ,to see if it works!

thx for leading me to right direction,dunno how and why,but after i updated drivers manualy ,restarted my pc and problem solved ,thank you for quick response i appreaciate it !
