Job agencies/sites for IT - Small Business

Hi All,
I'm looking at moving jobs but want to stay in the small business environment so i don't get pigeon holed into a specific area and prefer the environment.

Does anyone know any decent job agencies or sites that are worth dealing with for smaller businesses?

I'm on a large well-known site currently and keep getting city jobs that I'm either under qualified for, too specific or just plain boring.

Londonjobs? Seems to constantly show me a lot of places. Staying where I am for now though...

IT Manager / Sys Admin for a small-ish company. Currently IT Systems Controller (totally made up) for a company with 70 users.

I'm sort of a jack of most trades.
