Job Application Query

Just wondering if you folks could help here.

Ive been through 3 interviews now with a company that i really want to work for, its been 3 weeks since the end of the interview so i called the recruitment company that was dealing with this and they told me that the application was sitting with the company at " Offer Approval "

Now they didnt mention what that actually ment, am i right to think that they are going to offer me the job but are waiting approval ( i would assume there HR dept ) on the salary etc ?

i cant call the recruitment company as the girl who was dealing with it is n holiday for a week

Maybe they have sent you a letter with the offer of a job, and are waiting for youre approval

They havent sent a letter according to the recruitment company, its just not something i have came across before.

sounds like they're just waiting for signoff and final go-ahead from management before they offer the job. nothign to worry about i reckon

This is an example of people being SO STUPID and not giving a second thought about explaining things properly. When I own my own business I am going to make sure people don't say things like 'oh it's sitting in department x' without damn well explaining what department x is!!!! There are so many people who sit on their fat backsides and spout carp out their fat minimum wage mouths and don't give a second thought about anything other than 5pm / the weekend! YOU ARE THERE TO EARN YOUR COMPANY A PROFIT!

I am really feeling the rage rising today with bloomin office workers who refuse to perform the simplest thinking tasks.

The company's dictator....eerr director is prolly on holiday and has to sign it off.
