job promotion do i take it or not

been offered a job promotion trouble is it means moving from leeds to bristol, but it does mean nearly 16k payrise and ill get to be a manager, only thing is id have to move away from friends, parents live in cyprus

id also have to kick my best mate out my flat because id have to get rid of it.

work wants me to go asap and i have to give 30days notice on the flat.

what to do ?
