Right for the last 11months i have been working for a small company repairing, maintaining and upgrading pc's. But to be honest, its really starting to hack me off, the same old s*** from the same old people.

I dont mean to rant, but im just bored, granted i have learnt vast amounts about pc's, how they work, how to repair and how to use them... Hell now i can even fix pretty much every printer, tell you what inks for what, and tell customer how to do pretty much anything over the phone.

Now im only 20, so i wouldnt say i have the experience that a lot of you forum gurus' have but i know my stuff. I would just like advice on where i can take my career. I dont have any of the Microsoft Certifications or Cisco Qualifications, do you think it would be a good idea to pirsue any of these. (but i am a qualified epson engineer)

All help, advice and ridicule is much appreciated!

Do a search in these forums for MCSE or CCNA, and you'll find quite a few threads discussing the relative merits of these quals and advice on moving up in the IT industry.

I don't know what qualifications you have but my advice is not to take them and foot the bill yourself. Find a job (easier said than done I know) where they are willing to train you and let the company pay for it- these courses are very very expensive indeed :)
