Not seen this guy mentioned much, (Adelburn and Sweetloaf have on here), and before today I didn't even know he existed.

Joe Bonamassa.

I don't think I'll spoil it by trying the describe the music he plays, I'll just say that this is a good day :).

Saw him live at the Leeds Cockpit, one of my course buddies supported him (Chantelle McGregor) and has done a few times, pretty cool :)

Awesome guitarist though, great feel, don't know much about him but it's cool that he's bringing blues guitar playing into a more contemporary audience and setting.

He's pretty good, wouldn't mind seeing it live. But on record I'll stick to my SRV and Albert King and BB!

I've been a Bonamassa fan for a few years now. Yet to see him live but he's on my list.

I too, however, feel that he cant quite match SRV though. Although i dont like making comparisons.

Its a shame that so many wonderful guitarists slip under the radar :(
Im a huge fan of the late blues guitarist Roy Buchanan, who was an absolute master with the Telecaster, and yet he is largely unknown :(

Had a chance to go see him in London with a mate but tickets, work etc didn't quite work out. So talented!
