Im struggling, I am running 5k three times a week at work as part of my weight loss and I am getting Jogger's nipple bad.

I have tried tape but it keeps coming off, I am now looking at a couple of products which put a barrier on the area one is called Bodyglide and and the other is called Udderly Smooth Chamois Anti Chaffing Cream with Shea Butter.

Has anyone used any of these products?

The Udderly Smooth isn't designed for that purpose so probably not the best idea.

Trimming the relevant area may assist with the adhesion of plasters or tape. I've always just used medical tape but there are specific products such as:

They are expensive but might be worth a try.

Another idea would be to wear a tight fitting base layer to prevent rubbing, especially as the weather gets colder.

Im using that white medical tape but the past few runs its come off but stayed on for a 10k I ran the other day, maybe I need to put more on. Ive stuck some of the tight base layer clothing on my Xmas list.

Well its a top I have had a while and used to be ok, but it seems to be killing me the past week, I have brought some near gear ad will look to get one of the tight fitting tops to out on under the main one.

I was also experiencing this because my t-shirt was too baggy, so I decided to wear one of my cycling base layers under it - basically a tight fitting layer that doesn't move around. This seems to have eradicated the issue for me, so hopefully your new top will sort you out :)

Anti-Chaffing product isn't designed for anti-chaffing... What?

All the cycling specific products will do the job and one 'cycling specific' product I have even says to use it on things like nipples for running.

As people have pointed out, Vaseline is the cheapest and most easily available, but its also the most messy.
