So their 42" C2 can be had for £699.
bedroom tv, used for about 4 hours a day PC
Bit of Series X
but mostly tv shows via netflix.

If i bought the 5 year protection that covers screen burn
and say in 3 years i have some screen burn in via PC usage for example,
do you think they will just fix/replace or claim its been abused?
i just cant believe i can get screen burn protection for £90 for 5 years.
Screen burn 100% happens at some point i've accepted that and if it happens after 5 years i'm not bothered i'll just bin it :D

They (LG) started marketing then at PC users from the C1 model so John Lewis can't really complain.

Personally I use a Dell Alienware OLED though as they warranty the screen and I've not really seen burn in issues with these (other than user error)

No issues so far, but my PC is set to turn off the monitor after 5 mins on inactivity.

I've also used OLED TV's for PC and console gaming for 6 years now. I've had 4 in total so far and played games a lot on three of them. Never had any burn in issues, even on the oldest B6 model which I used for 3 years between 2016 and 2019.
