joining avi's together?

ive got a lemans race avi that has 13 pieces to it ranging from 809mb-2.38gb id like to try and fit them on to some disc's but 13 disc's would be a lot, how would i go about getting them on to disc's would they need to be converted to dvd and then somehow on to a few disc's?

SUPER Video encoder will do this for you.
Just make sure the videos are from the same source.

If your player supports xvid, then they may not need to be converted to dvd, which takes up a lot more space I might add. If they do need converting to dvd, I have found convertx2dvd works very well, couple that with dual layer disks and it won't use so many.

use nandub to join the avis, assuming theyre the same bitrate, audio format, resolution etc

ive just got hem downloaded and ive looked them over and it seems one is a different resolution and aviutl wont let me join them, how can i edit the resolution?
