Joining the team

I've knocked up a system out of old parts after having a clear out in the garage, the system is an intel core 2 duo e6300 1.9ghz with 2048mb ram and a clean install of xp. Would this spec be powerful enough to exclusively fold 24/7 ?

I assume I just register and select team code 10, download and install the software then leave it running without the need to keep checking on it?

Fortunately I've got an antec khuler 920 lying around so will fit it tomorrow, will need to drill out some of the case first - only has 80mm fan vent atm. Thanks for the reply
