I did this at my previous job, it was absolutely hilarious! Started off with the odd cursor nudge, followed by random clicking and then full on mouse takeover.
The guy was going crazy and blaming everybody apart from me who was sat right next to him

We have a vending machine here whereby you put your money in then slide a door open to get what you bought. it has sandwhiches and stuff in. Kinda like this...
This guy I know likes to grab you mobile phone or wallet and get some food out and put your item in the vending machine when he takes his out. Meaning you have to pay £1.70 if you want to get it back (although he pays in the end so it's an expensive prank for the guy).
We had one of them where I used to work. People used to have fun by putting all sort of random crap in there once they'd bought something. Stationary, rubbish, beer cans..... etc etc. Once somebody put a dead pigeon in there.
Get a CD ejecting program (should be some on the net) that can be run from command prompt. add a line in his autoexec.bat or a batch script in windows logon so the CD drive always ejects at least once on PC startup.
Did this years ago, heard the poor sod calling his PC all sorts, had no sympathy as he worked in IT with me and frankly should have known where to look. Went on for a good 3 years before he got a new PC.

Walk up to your nearest colleague armed with a shotgun, shoot them at point blank range and smile as youre doing it. Then shout "NOW THATS A PRANK! I AM THE PRANKIEST OF THEM ALL, I AM SIR PRANKLETON OF PRANKLAND"

If you find a PC logged in in my office the new prank is to open Outlook and change the Autocorrect from "Regards" to "Retards". Usually takes a while for someone to notice.

3 Click in the main body
4 Tools, Autocorrect options
5 type in the word and then the replacement.
