Does anyone know if a Arctic Freezer III 360 will fit in the top of this chassis with the PSU at the lowest point on the front? I was looking at using this case with the AIO with 4x120 as intake and the aio as exhaust. I know it can fit a normal AIO but will the extra 13mm thickness of the rad cause any issues?

yes, as long as there are no fitting issues with the screen (i don't own the screen so idk)
i've got a d31 mesh without screen and have my thermalright 360mm aio mounted alongside a 180mm modular psu on the second lowest point
the pipes have to be at the rear though, and so you wont be able to fit a rear fan and also the front fan mount will also not be usable due to the position of the psu
the airflow pattern will therefore be bottom-to-top - i have 2x 140mm slim fans at the bottom for intake, and the 3x 120mm aio fans are the exhaust

My D31 with 2 360 rads

You can fit a lot of stuff in the D31.
I migrated from the NR200 which was a little more challenging :D
2 240 rads

I have actually just built a machine in a white D31 for a friends daughter. It came out nice and clean. It was a little simpler tho with air cooling though. I will be using my old B660m tuf gaming WiFi d4 with my new 14900KF and 3070ti until I can get a 5070. Not going for rgb but like the screen mesh black case so will be going for that.
