Joomla - Please help I'm so Confused :O

Hi,
Recently installed Joomla but Ive got sooooo confused and I know someone can help me.
Ive been clicking about but I can't find what I want.

This is what I want.
On the homepage a link called Reviews.
This would lead to another page which has different manufacturers of hardware which I've reviewed e.g. ThermalTake.
After clicking the manufacturer another page will come up displaying all the reviews done under this manufacturer.
Clicking on this will bring up the review, which is about 7 pages long.

Please help Ive actuall got a headache

Ok I mostly got the hang of it now,
Cna someone help me make the page longer so the messages dont crumple round?

Wheey, got the Review section sorted out
Just need help on extending the homepage.
I think its all this html crap which I have no clue about.
I can choose to edit the template is HTML or CSS but obviously I don't understand.
Please help out.
