Joomla Templates

Hello basically i am starting out with joomla and am finding it very hard find a template I like.

I want something like this
http://branchout.com/ as in quite slick and professional look

Anybody know of a template similar or knows how i could get something like this made without paying extortionate amount of money ?

If you are only starting out then it might be worth considering switching to Wordpress? You wont find many fans of Joomla on here sadly.
