Lifters assemble.

The idea of my log is that I am getting back into lifting after almost tearing x2 of my ankle ligaments in Sept. Been cleared fit to train by my physio so getting back into it.

Going to start the Stronglifts program for 6-8 weeks and see what gains I get.

Will be doing Workout A (Squats, Bench, Deadlift) and Workout B (Squats, OHP, Row), training days will be Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Will be recording my progress here.

Main aim is to get BF down and try and get to 95KG currently sitting at 108KG - have a holiday in Sept/Oct which is my goal time.
