Joystick not working K800i

Hi guys

Had my handset for around 5 - 6 months and now the joystick won't scroll down all the time and sometimes not at all?

Just wanted to know where I stand with Orange before I call them really, will they replace, repair or say its wear and tear and they can't do anything?

Fact is if I brought it new and it's not working after 5 or 6 months I'm not hapy and should get it fixed? Correct?

Any advice?
 
They should send it off to be fixed without a problem, it was a noted problem on the K750i/W800i and they used to send them off if they were still in warranty (yours is of course) so I don't see why they wouldn't with a K800i. :)

Spoke with Orange and they are sending out a replacement handset to my place of work tomorrow :)

orange are the best for this sort of thing. Voda used to be good, but recently they were losing money i believe, and now insist on you sending it off, and waiting for a repair
 
Well I have had a phone with them for 3 or 4 years I did it over the phone (upgrade) and got one for my fiancé too!!

The handset was 1 month away (6 months) from being a Sony E warranty issue the chap on the phone said..!

So I was lucky I think..

Arrived today, just putting themes and ringtones on again!
 
I'm totally amazed by oranges customer service. To the point I wish they would stop phoning me up :p

Still better then O2 when they don' t know what there doing :eek:
