I have my eye on a Logitech Force 3D Pro joystick and was wondering peoples opinions on it. I have read a review which said it was good but was wondering what you would go with for a beginer into Flight Simulators.

Thanks, Trif.

I am looking for a Force Feedback one, just incase I find planes boring so I can use it for a gearstick in GTL/GTR with a mod.

Fan of Seitek sticks myself, not tried the FF ones but I bought the Cyborg Evo as a basic stick for MS Flight Sim and it worked really well, you can adjust the stick so the buttons fall easily to hand and all the buttons were recognised by FS2004 and had the right commands associated. I assume the motors in the Cyborg Evo Force will be OK so that would be my suggestion if you had to have FF.

For info flight sims such as FS2004 can be very boring unless you're prepared to invest some time learning basic flight skills, how to use the instruments and the various methods of navigation and work your way up through a simple piston-prop through to a multi-engine jet, in which case you'll get a lot out of it.
