I did a search and there have been a few threads on the Joytech Control Centre like this one:

Basically it would suit me well as my Amp only has 2 RGB component inputs and I need more (Wii, 360, Virgin Media box, Old Xbox).

The Joytech has a dedicated input for the Xbox sound and vision and 4 additional RGB inputs each with an optical sound input and some sort of ethernet switch with 4 or 5 outputs.

They now seem to be available for a mere £50. So the question is who has one and is it any good?

I need one. Basically my HD TV only has one HD input, DVI. I can use my 360 and PS3 through this fine but only one at a time. Unfortunately a DVI switch box only caters for a digital signal, the xbox outputs an analogue signal apparentely so switch box's like this dont work.

Apparentely the joytech does cater for both signals so I need one!

This all applies to my DVI TV by the way, not to everyones. Dammit.

I did not think this switch box had a DVI input or output? Also doesn't your TV have RGB input?

Personally I think its a little outdated. For the 360 Elite comming out its going to need HDMI & personally I think it should have gigabit too...

But is there anything out there that offers a better solution at a decent price?
My TV has 2 HDMI ports but my amp doesn't have any at all. I like to run everything through the amp although my DVD player is HDMI to the TV and Toslink to the Amp.

I could dpo with something like this too, only probs I can see is a lot of people saying it doesnt work with the Wii properly.

How cool would it be to have every console hooked up to a box like this that plugged into a tv through a single connection and a single speaker connection. Need coxials's and scarts for that though.

No mate there isnt anything better on the market for that kind of price, I could certianly use one but it would only be for the audio - Im just getting this feeling that they might bring out a more up-to-date one with HDMI

It seems probable that an HDMI version is going to come soon and there is this issue with the Wii although apparently an adapter of some sort is underway to solve the wii issue and will be given free to anyone who needs one.
I think I might get one and return it if it is rubbish.

Thats also what I was thinking :p. Im so lazy I cant be bothered to move my audio cables around. Another problem is that ive got 1 PC input in my TV and both my 360 & Media Centre share it so I would need some form of switch for that separately...

Did anyone go ahead and get this?

Quite interested in it myself, needing to connect 3 different toslink inputs and currently two different component inputs. Im looking at either the Joytech 245c or the B-Tech BT947
