By blend into another image do you mean a transparant background? So only the logo will show on the new image.

If so you can easily convert file type but removing the background would require a bit more effort. If its only a white background it will be easy otherwise use a cutting tool in photoshop or similar. Once done save as into png.

Yeah the original logo has a white background so just use the cut tool? Sorry never done this before. Any video guides out there
 
Use the magic eraser tool. If all the lines are fairly straight and the background is pure white then it'll do a perfect job of making the background transparent :)
 
Yup as others have said throw up and image and I'll see what I can do.
Should only take a few minutes depending on the original image and complexity.
