Anything wrong with the built in viewer?
No just did wonder if a better viewer was around to try

I especially like the ability to drag around a zoomed photo when an image is too big for the screen.

I've tried all the usual image viewer suspects at one time or another, but the one I've set as the default viewer on my system is JPEGView - small, simple and fast, but with some nice on-the-fly processing options. Configuration is done by editing an .ini file, but you can easily access it by right-clicking an open image, and the options are all well-commented.
If you want a freeware [viewer/manager/basic editor], check out the free version of Zoner Photo Studio... it's very much like ACDSee, but with a cleaner and less cluttered interface (IMO).
