Judge Dredd MMORPG

Please someone out there make this game - either choice of Judge or perp would be awesome ( in my opinion at least )

for all you Dredd fans out there just think of the wonderful graphics & missions that could be had ... *dreams*

i for one am sick to death of the fantasy based mmorpg's out at the moment.

There's a Warhammer 40k one in the works. Warhammer 40k > Judge Dredd.

EDIT - Dredd is cool though don't get me wrong.

there's so many films/games which would translate so well into mmorpg/fps but no one seems willing to push the boundaries and technology.

Actually that's not true, good games are still made. Just in increasingly fewer quantities.

MMORPGs are going the way all the other genres did when they were introduced. FPS and RTS spring to mind, first there was doom and then there were a million clones... first there was Dune2 by Westwood... then C&C by Westwood... then there are hundreds of RTS clones.

Eventually it will settle down to the core few good ones.
