First update in months because i just gave up basically
. Lost all interest in gym, my friend stopped going as he’d just welcomed a new son to the world and i simply just couldnt bring myself to the gym out of lazyness/lack of drive.
The past 3 weeks have changed though. I’ve been feeling good and trying to get my lard butt out the house to lift!
Abit of deadlift from last night:
180x12 felt nice, could call it touch and go though you get no bounce on the platform with those plates.
Squats tonight, actually looking forward to it!
