Jukebox with requests?

Looking for a jukebox type application which is able to stream over HTTP and have a request page which will automatically play the requested song.

Anything around which is like this?

Make one prehaps? When i had my own online radio station I used a request plugin to winamp which would stack songs up and play them in order, it was really effective.
