JumpBox competitor?

Hi,

I am just wondering if anyone knows of a JumpBox competitor? For those of you who don't know who/what a JumpBox is, its a preconfigured virtual appliance which "just works" when imported in to a virtual host.

JumpBox do charge a minimum of ~$49 a month, which isnt too bad, but I was wondering if there were any 'better' services out there, ideally cheaper or free.

http://www.turnkeylinux.org/ have a reasonable selection of Ubuntu based images - FOC as well.

Depends what you want to implement - I've never really struggled to install stuff like LAMP, so dont really see the point in paying for free software
