Good Afternoon;

I'm not sure this is the correct place to put it, but my work uses Juniper for remote desktop terminal sessions. This is bad because I use Vista x64 and Juniper doesn't support it at all, and the IT guys at my work aren't much help either.

Someone mentioned to me that I might be able to use VMWare to emulate an x86 machine so that I can connect remotely. Is this the right way to go do you think, and if so, does anyone know of any decent places on the web to see how I would set this up properly?

I'm not asking for a step-by-step guide from you guys (although if someone wanted to post one I'd be grateful!) as I can do the dirty work myself. A little nudge in the right direction would help though.

Cheers;

Yeah - the IT department at work aren't too bright...It's good to know though that it'll support x64 soon - as I would like to work ( *cough*game*cough*) from home every now and again.

:P

Just be thankful, it took them about a year to come up with a version which support vista in any form. Juniper seriously need to do something about the software...

well none of the big players have a working 64bit remote client as it's not high priority really.
You won't find a lot of companies using a 64bit OS on workstations or laptops at the moment for normal users...
