Junk mail.

Firstly I use Mozilla Thunderbird as my e-mail client. Are there any better?

Also I just use Thunderbird's own methods for controlling junk mail. It seems ok, but again are there any better?

no that i'm aware of. i've been using thunderbird for ages now, probably 2 years or not far off and i think it's excellent. especially for a free email client.
