Junk rules on Outlook 2003

I am trying to find a easy way to add senders to my junk list on outlook 2003 rather than having to keep right clicking on the email and scrolling down to junk mail is there not a quicker way to add senders to junk mail list?

i can't think what would be much quicker, the only other option would be a button, and in that case you would have to click the email, move up to the menu and click the button, which would probably take just as long. If you're talking about sending multiple emails to junk at the same time, use shift+click or ctrl+click to select more than one, then right click and junk it.
