So i got the 4ghz OC ud5 bundle when i check cpu-z the memory says 507mhz.
Well should i be reading this as x3 due to being ddr3? If so that means they have OC the meory also? :confused:

ram is ddr = Double data rate so what your memory is running at is 1014mhz

Is there anyway to get it closer to the stated 1600mhz speed or will this screw up the OC? Not fiddled with i7 oc before :/

You should have different options for the memory divider in the BIOS. Keep in mind that you must hit 2 keys (ALT+F1 I think) to reveal the hidden BIOS options on Gigabyte boards.
