Just a quick n00b question....

Hi all....

i know next to nothing abot imaging etc....

i need to change a picture so it can fit my signature here under the rules (400x75)....

can someone explain how i do this....

or better still make me a signature (based on BMW) or point me in the right direction to do my own....
