Just a quick question 'bot sorting folders

Just quickly, I'm a bit fussy over where my files are

When I say abit, I mean REALLY fussy over where my files go.

This Is starting to annoy me. When ever I open my Documents I am face with random folders to do with games installed. Can I make a new folder and move them all into there? I tried this with Skyrim's folders but when ever I played it would duplicate the folder

How would I get around this?

I don't think you can.
essentially the game is saying to save your preferences/saved games etc to a folder of its choosing normally game name in your mydocuments.

Unless there is an option in the game (very rare) you cant change this

Its about time a "My Games" was default.

Yep it's a "no".

But if it really annoys you so much I guess you could use mklink to point to new folders in the location you want them and then make the original folders "hidden". They'd still be there but you wouldn't see them with the default view.

Since you have show hidden files/folders set to false, why not just right click each folder and set it to hidden?
