Ok so gone through all the hassle of upgrading to i7 and have reinstalled the tubing and new blocks but its been so long since i had to bleed a loop i have forgotten what you do. At the moment i have run the system for around 1hr with the top off the res and the big bubbles have settled down. So I screwed the top onto the res, can i know use the system and just keep an eye on the water as the air bleeds out and top it up when necessary?

Sounds OK to me. My general rule of thumb is so long as a seal is only weeping it's OK to run it long term.......

Thanks for answering WJA96. I have tightened the lid on my reservoir quite tight so I am wondering should i loosen it a bit so that the air can escape? Or will the air find other ways out of the loop?

We discussed this yesterday elsewhere and the general concensus was to leave the lid off or loose.
