Ive always used stock hsf for my CPU but I am looking into getting a CPU cooler and just wondering if they come with the thermal paste already applied?

I very much doubt it , may come with a Thermal pad.

Buy your own TIM ( Thermal Interface Material ) to put between cooler and CPU.

Arctic Silver 5 is prob. the best.

Google for applying instructions , it's easy and much better than any supplied stuff.

the Arctic Cooling range usually come with their version called MX-1, and it aint half baf tbh.
