Im on with building my new system and the mobo came with 2 sata cables i know 1 is for the hdd but can i use the other for the dvd drive? there tagged as 6gb/s my dvd drive is just a genering £15 thing from overclockers

luckily i only have 2 slots lol for ram, but 1 other thing where do the fans on my case plug into i dont think theirs any spots on the motherboard

right ok next question lol... can i use the 1's marked as cpu fans for my normal case fan? and will it run normally?
