Brought a bottle of ketchup last week, opend and used once then forgot to put back in fridge, on the bottle it says you should keep it refrigerated, safe to use yay or nay, I'm only asking as I'm dying to eat me pasty (ooo arrrr) but forgot to purchase a couple of ketchup sachets?

all our sauces and jams go in the cupboard never had them in fridge whereas my gf's mum puts them all in her fridge strange to be honest as ripper said you buy on shelf they belong in cupboard.
