It'll be fine with both, but I recommend 64-bit as it's more stable and a bit snappier in my experience.

I'd go with the 64-bit now if you don't have any additional outlay for it, it's just as stable as 32-bit now and will benefit from a cheap memory upgrade if desired.

If you already have the disk and you're happy with it then there's no point in upgrading really. If you are going to buy a disk then i'd go with 64 bit.
