Hi,

Just a quick one really. Getting bored of my CF 6950s and fancy switching to a single card setup, I play a lot of RIFT and it really doesn't scale well with Crossfire. I'm probably going to wait until the new gen of cards are released before I decide which trigger to pull but a key feature for me is audio passthrough. My main reason for going AMD in 2011 was the HDMI sound output to my amp. Do Nvidia cards offer this yet as without it I'm not even going to be able to consider going that route?

Yeah tempted by a 7970 but RIFT (my main game) performs a lot better with Nvidia. As I say, I'll (probably) wait for the 8xxx and 7xx series to come out before making the decision but need to know about the sound.
Gutted Maxwell's another year away, that would have made things a lot easier I feel.
