When does the O2 month go from and to?

I paid this months bill on the 7th June and was wondering when my contract will run out?

Also can i ring up O2 and cancel my contract part way through a month and get some money back for the time i paid for?

It all depends on when you take out your contract I think.

It'll be when you receive your Email from o2 every month. They take the money out of your account within 14 days, so I'd guess it was on the 23rd/24th of the month or thereabouts.

Hmm ok, I assumed everyones bills started at the same time as my first bill had an extra days charge on it. Thanks anyway, i'll ring O2 and ask a little later on.

going to be staggered billing of customers depending when you sign up.

Would be insane for a business with millions of customers to try to run all bills on one day, then have the department and computers ticking over for the rest of the month

Ahhh...

Just be when the 11th month ends - remember if you want to disconnect it dead on 12months then you have to include the 30day notice period - so cancel on the first week (well, before the 7th) of the 11th month...

And yes any decent business that charges in advance will give you back credits pro-rata for any unused period of service, usually all in the small print...

Naah you have to give 30day notice period irrelevant when you cancel the contract - standard practice...
