At the moment I've got 2GB of DDR2 PC5300 and an Athlon X2 6000+ in my computer, would I see much benefit in adding OCZ 4GB PC2 6400. I'm running 32bit Vista so I know all 4GB won't be available.

Thanks

2gb to 4gb is normally a decent upgrade, even on a 32bit OS.

It has been on my XP machines. Depending on your GPU(s) you should see approximately 3.25GB, give or take which is a substantial increase over 2GB. I'm not sure which kit you are specifying but, I'd suggest 2 x 2GB vs 4 x 1GB.

Go for it, with memory prices as cheap as they are now its the best way. Im currently on xp 32 with 4gb ram, at least when i make the change to vista 64 im covered ram wise:)
