Like the title suggests really. Am currently running tiger on my MBP, have a copy of Leopard now and am looking to install.
I have been advised that doing an erase and install would be the best idea, but wondered if anyone here had any advise. I can see the benifit of doing a clean install, but just not looking forward to backing everything up and setting everything up again (network took a bit of tweaking etc).
Either way if the best way really is to do the clean install then thats the way i shall do it, not going to risk anything for the sake of a few hours.
Just any advise welcome thanks.
