I'm just about to order this, it says might be up to 10 days till it arrives, is this accurate? i.e. has anyone else ordered recently and waited longer? Any tips on fine-tuning etc would be appreciated..

Just rang up (as last time I sent a webnote it took over 5 days for a response), been on hold for 1hr 12mins, now it's hit 5pm and it's just ringing....not the best customer experience so far...come on guys!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
