I have £339.25 to spend any suggestions for change or? all i need is a graphics card and intel cpu.

Theres also an 8800GTX going on the MM for £190 worth taking that over this?

if you're mobo can take it get a wolfdale.

depending on you're screen size if you have 22" or above go for the GTX.

I'd go for the 8800 GTS 512MB only £20 more then the GT.

Also as mp260767 said get a wolfdale if your mobo can take it, E8200 (although you would have to pre-order and wait for release)
