Just about to start my first build

I am just about to start my first build (I have replaced/upgraded parts in the past).

I have everything I need to start apart from my memory which arrives in the morning. Would it matter for me to assemble everything bar the memory tonight and finish off tomorrow? Will the Arctic Silver which I am using between my X2 and Big Typhoon be ok overnight cold or should it be run in hot within a few hours of application?

memory is easy to fit... just check that you can fit it in nicely with the CPU in.

I am not worried about the memory, I am worried about the actic silver being left cold on the heat sink

i know what you mean.... i'd be tempted to leave it until im ready to build.

or you could put everything in as the S939 HSF are easy to put on.

I would wait for the morning to be honest. With the Big Typhoon on my motherboard it looks very difficult to install memory modules, especially when it is inside the case.
