Just about to upgrade.....help!

Hi all, just about to upgrade to Vista Ultimate 64bit. Im upgrading from XP pro (32bit).

Will i need to update all my drivers to vista versions before i do the install?

Any advice helpful.

Run this http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/upgradeadvisor.mspx
If it looks good then do a clean install.
Then go on-line and download any missing drivers and you are there.

See i wasnt gonna go for the clean install, more the upgrade if you know what i mean.
If i upgrade, could i go online after and update my drivers?

download all the vista 64 drivers while still running XP
write to a CD
clean install vista
install drivers from CD
