To be honest, whilst suspending him has made this thread initially quite amusing, it has ultimately ruined it

Reading between the lines, and having worked for and almost with some agencies many times, it. Is quite possible that the agency may have been messing him around, and he immaturley took it out on the op.
Some agencies are terrible. It could be anything from rows about payment, margins, or even the agency sending unrequested staff and then billing for it.
It don't excuse the attitude, but as a temp you can literally be here one day and gone the next. Agency workers cost a company at least twice what the worker is paid, they are paying for the flexibility. Read: the ability to get rid of workers at any time in line with cash flow with no hastle.

I swear in real life all the time but funnily enough I do have control when I'm typing on here.
There are forums where I swear and on here I can't be bothered to type a word with asterisks in it.

I would love to know the youngest person this board, kids swear from 9 years old. We all know what swearing is. Swearing TOO someone is OK for a Suspension but for venting anger, he gets a suspension? That's just ridiculous.

Maccy suspended the OP for the undisguised use of the f-word, it is a 48 hour suspension, there is no discretion, it is a standard punishment.
If Spie doesn't want people to be suspended for the f-word he'll communicate that to his dons. Any previous discussion of this has not come to that conclusion though.
