Although I would get an aftermarket CPU as i7 run very hot, especially if you want to overclock it to. The Noctua is very quiet and a bit more expensive, but both are good.
Go for the oem version of the i7 CPU and get an aftermarket cooler, then get it overclocked
Also you can just go for a cheaper GTX 260 and quite easily overclock it to the same speeds as the one you've chosen, the zotac one is about £30 cheaper and wil clock to the speeds of the EVGA. You still get a 5 year warranty with Zotac.
