Just bought a computer from overclockers, need help

Just bought a computer and when i booted it up it has no sound and a strange blue pix-elation to it, games don't run on it either.
It also had some random viruses on it, so I'm not sure what to do?

Is there a way to fix this? Or should I just return it>

8350 > 6300 I believe, so might get that changed if your going to send it back.
