Just bought a PS3 - Must have games ?

Just ordered a PS3 ( also have 360 ) I mostly play FPS and Driving games.

Current favs on the 360 are Forza and Gears 2, looking at getting GT5 prologue, is it best to buy it online and download it of are there better deals buying elsewhere ?

What other games should I be looking at ? ( preferably older ones that can be snapped up at bargain prices ) ;)

Valkyria Chronicles if you like RPGs too.

No one ever mentions Ferrari Challenge. Imo it's the most recent good semi-realism racer on the PS3.
 
Definitely another shout for Uncharted, even if you get someone else to play it and just watch :o

GTI Club+ (An absolute must if you're an arcade racer fan, as with OutRun above)

There are more but they're the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Have fun! For the record, I think where the PS3 really comes into its own is with the exclusive PSN stuff. The Live Arcade has some great games, but I'm glad I bought a PS3 just for GTI Club+, Stardust, Wipeout and PixelJunk Racers.

mgs4... hands down imo, the cut scenes/ story is engrossing... and i didn't find it too repeatative like most games i've played lately (it also has good replay value)... aka dead space, resident evil 5

Uncharted is the only game i have bothered to played all the way thru in years ( i was/am PC GAMER)
 
bishi bashi and puzzle fighter on psn... classics and I have them both on psx disc... need to try and get back my copy of rival schools
 
The one FPS game I play and love on the PS3 is COD4 :)

I tried resistance2 and killzone2 and didn't like either :(

Also the one other game I seem to play a lot on my PS3 is street fighter 4 :D

go onto the store and get some demos before buying tho :) I've held off a few games after playing demo's
