Help with span on to two benq 931

Right just brought a second one of these lovely things. I think there alright.

Ive got a Nvidia 6800GT and the 3 options i get are;

Span
Dual
Clone

Now the idea i had was to watch a Film using Power DVD or windows media player span, so would stretch the whole (two) screens. (also to have a desktop background span both screens)

Now in windows its fine with webpages etc etc but with windows media player some strange things are happening.
on one monitor its spanned and on the other its full screen. I want half on each.

Any one got any ideas, is the dual option the one that i need?

I've only managed that kind of shenanigans in span, but for everyday use I find dual head the only real option. You may have to disable hardware movie rendering in your player options, although I think the 6800GTs shipped with broken/disabled video gubbins (err, the ones that were fixed on the 6600GTs).

Span is the option im using, its working for the most part but video players are playing up. on one side it looks to be working but the other is full screen....
