ok first a little history. I dont like the ipods never have and probably never will. Its the click wheel and the interface that dosent seem to do it for me.
Saying that in november my creative mp3 player died so I decided to try a itouch.

All I can say is wow this is realy 21st centery tech I loved it so easy to use and its just really really cool imho.

Now heres the thing with my old mp3 player I used to have it round my neck so when my phone rang I could just press the play button without having to fiddle about.

With the Itouch what I would end up doing is pulling it out of my pocket pressing stop and then pull my phone out which ment I missed some phone calls. It was my fault I know.

With regards to the iphone I always said that I wouldnt get one unless they had :
A. Better tariffs and
B. The ability to txts to more than one person at the same time.

Since my phone died on me on saturday and the new tariffs are out i decided to go for it.

I love it.

I love being able to listen to my music and not having to get it out of my pocket to stop it to answer a phone call.
I love being able to go into a bar and checking out what time a film starts at the cinema.
I love the you tube app.

This is one sexy bit of kit easy to use (its a lot easer to type on then I thought)
Hopefully in the future apple can add mms and proper bluetooth as I have read that its not the hardware that holds it back its the software.

The biggest problem I had with it is getting my contacts of my old phone. I sent them to my pc as .vcf files so I had to redo them all again as windows contacts and uninstall outlook (it wasnt working for some reason)
to be able to sync my contacts that took me about 4 hours to do.

Overall it does excatly what I want it to do its a great quality music player with a phone attached

Glad you enjoying it!

I love mine to bits and couldnt be without it now. It's only getting better, and the tariff being increased is excellent!
